🔹SCHEDULES ADRIFT TEMPORARILY
Due to the family medical crisis, I am temporarily unable to get back into a normal schedule with my writing. So the publications will be produced as often as I can until we’re through this. The paywalls from my publications have been temporarily removed from all three editions, WFSIW, More WFSIW and The Inspired Spirit, until normality returns. That means everything is currently free. Those that have paid for a subscription will get extended subscription plans when I can get to do it.
✒WORDS FROM SPIRIT-INSPIRED WRITING
| written on Sunday 9th October 2022 at 02:10 am
I want you to write the lyrics of the song you’re hearing in your mind.
What the world needs now,
Is love, sweet love.
It’s the only thing,
That there’s just too little of.
I know you don’t know more than those lines, We were all singing that jolly song here. It was written over fifty years ago. The lyrics are so meaningful don’t you think? *Perhaps you’d like to look up and write the rest of the lyrics for your readers. They’re quite marvellous you know.
So many messages have been written into songs such as that one. You know that the lyricist is often inspired by their spirit to write the words for the song. Where their spirit awareness is strong, the message can often be one from their higher source. What you end up with is a powerful message that will be remembered for longer because it’s accompanied by the tune as well.
Music is so powerful a vehicle to raise your vibration and to enjoy a message through the words, time and time again.
Yes, I know what you’re thinking as you’re writing. That song called, ‘The Living Years’ by Mike and the Mechanics was a song that was inspired by a higher source. So many people have taken that song and the powerful words as a reminder of their own father’s loss from their world.
Hymns have the same effect as well, though we find it somewhat sad that fewer people sing them in your times. You always say ‘The Lord’s Prayer’ every night before you do healing. We’d like you to look up those words from that prayer, set to music. We’ll put a wonderful example in your path so you find it. When you hear it, notice how much more powerful those words become.
This is why gospel music is so wonderful for uplifting people. There is a lovely word - uplifting.
You’ve always been a lover of instrumental music from when you were very young. This is because you enjoy your own thoughts when the music is playing. It’s something common amongst people on earth that are happy listening to their own thoughts. They often choose instrumental music for that reason.
You’ll also find that many people that listen to what you call ‘head-banging’ music are trying hard to escape their thoughts. The loud thrash is drowning out their own thinking.
Over in our world, music is in abundance and is so very important. When someone we’re connected to on earth is singing, our attention is roused and we feed off the energy it brings.
I’ve just put another song in your head. Write those first few lines, please.
“I’d like to teach the world to sing,
In perfect harmony . . . “
You see how beautiful those words are and emotion-changing, don’t you see?
Let it be known that every one of us on this side, loves hearing music and uses it so much to give messages to our loved ones on earth. It’s one of our favourite treats when we instil a song, into a medium’s mind and they then ask their person why they’re hearing it. We know then, they are connected because they heard the song we intended them to hear.
Have you ever realised that singing a song in your mind also creates wonderful energy? Try it now and see the difference it makes to your thinking power. The person that coined the phrase ‘soul music’ was right!
Anyway, that was our message for this session and we hope you enjoyed it. Thank you for connecting with us again. Bye Bye for now.

📌 MY THOUGHTS
As I prepared to start writing, I heard the song ‘What The Word Needs Now’ playing in my mind. The opening comments from the session suggested that I should share the full lyrics with you. I’ve copied them from the internet. (I bet you can’t read these words without signing the song in your head!!)
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
It's the only thing that there's just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No not just for some, but for everyoneLord, we don't need another mountain
There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb
There are oceans and rivers enough to cross
Enough to last 'til the end of timeWhat the world needs now is love, sweet love
It's the only thing that there's just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No, not just for some, but for everyoneLord, we don't need another meadow
There are cornfields and wheatfields enough to grow
There are sunbeams and moonbeams enough to shine
Oh listen, Lord, if you want to knowWhat the world needs now is love, sweet love
It's the only thing that there's just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No, not just for some, oh, but just for every, every, everyone
The speaker also suggested that the more spirit inspired a lyricist is when writing the words, the greater the results will be. I believe that is completely true. Some of the greatest songs ever have deep and meaningful messages. Take Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen - one of the finest songs ever written with such a powerful message to us.
The reference to The Living Years by Mike & The Mechanics is one so many of us can relate to. It’s the best ever ‘message-to-dad’ song ever.
I looked up a sung version of The Lord’s Prayer and found this version by singer Susan Boyle. Amazingly beautiful, and the first time I have heard the prayer sung. What a difference it makes.
I love the subject content of this session and it serves to remind us how important music is in our lives. I’ve always believed that those people that choose to never listen to music are seriously missing a chunk of life.
Finally, for this edition, if you have any doubts about the power of music on your emotions, watch this video without shivering.
What do you think? Have you any comments you’d like to share?
WORDS FROM SPIRIT INSPIRED WRITING 42
How I love this, Trevor, as I’ve been a singer from a young age until a few years ago when, for some reason, I could no longer sing. Perhaps, if you can, you will ask in one of your sessions why this is? My local doctors are not interested. They merely say ‘…your voice changes with age….’
That may be true but it doesn’t figure that I could sing one day and not the next!
I love the songs Spirit mentioned to you. I’d also recommend Peter Gabriel’s “Don’t give up” with Kate Bush. It’s beautiful and much needed at the moment.
We sang The Lord’s Prayer when I was in the school choir and I loved it so much so I’m grateful to Spirit for bringing that happy memory back to me through you.
Your Spirit connection is deepening so much now I see less and less of Trevor and more and more of Spirit. It’s wonderful!
My goodness I loved Susan Boyle singing The Lords Prayer! Thank you so very much Trevor, both Songs are very Powerful.
I love that Spirit through you have brought to our attention how meaningful and Uplifting Music 🎶 is and I for one will be listening to MORE OF IT. Thanks again Trevor for being used and sharing, not forgetting your Spirit Team. Fabulous!!! x
