I was really impressed with the mediumship of Tyler Henry after watching his television show earlier this year. The content really displayed this Californian young man’s gift of mediumship. His style, combined with his introversial nature left me feeling positive and excited about being a medium.
Tyler is a humble man with a shy personality. He’s been aware of his gift with the spirit world since he was a very young boy. His presentational style is calm, evidential and often tear jerking.
I was excited when Jane bought me Tyler’s book for Christmas. It’s called
BETWEEN TWO WORLDS - LESSONS FROM THE OTHER SIDE
The book made it up my reading pile and I started it in May. I’m about to finish it in the next few days. The book is well written and contains a mix of stories from his personal life and examples of messages from the other side. Often you can tell the intelligence of a medium by the words they write and in this case, Tyler comes across as a man with a deep understanding of this work we do with spirit.
I made many notes during the reading of this book and would recommend it. â—½

[ME] I’d like to ask you a question tonight, if that is ok? Are you aware of who is going to read the words you give me, and do you lace messages into them as a deliberate communication?
[THE SPIRIT TEAM] Sometimes we see the energies from your side as colours and through those colours we are aware of generalistic things that cause them. We are also aware of the spirit teams that are working with people around your vibration, like a network. So, yes, we are able to address such issues through our line with you and when we know the words or message are going to reach them.
You’ve heard it said that we conserve energy by using it smartly. That is not strictly true. But through the network system I’ve just described to you, we can make use of it. This is somewhat how mediumship and healing works most of the time.
When someone comes into your ‘energy network’ we become aware of it while we are working with you. Your readers are part of that energy network and so we are able to also see others needs and what it is they might like to hear.
I know you started this work for your own education, but since you’ve gone public with it, it means more opportunities become available to us to send the right messages to those people. So, yes is the answer to your question.
May I be polite and give you an example of this at work? You have a lady that reads your posts who does not communicate with you, so you are unaware of her. But we can see her ‘energy network’ within yours. Even though she’s not present at this moment when you’re writing my words, I know she will receive this message.
This message is addressed to her and will mean nothing to you.
She wants to know if her sister, Margaret, is present around her when she does this work with spirit. It’s not that she needs the validation, because she’s already of the belief that Margaret is with her. To her, I say yes Margaret is with you every time you attune to your spirit. To give you a validation, Margaret passed over here near Margaret’s birthday and knows you’d already got her a card and wants to thank you.
Thank you for letting me do that. Of course, I’m now aware that your ego would love to have that validated, but it’s not necessary. Your role is to be the vessel remember, and the consequences and outcomes of what passes through you is inconsequential. That is true mediumship at its finest my friend.
But do remember my analogy I’ve shared with you this evening - the energy network. It’ll go a long way in helping you, and others that read these words, in understanding a bit of the science behind how our communications work.
You know those messages that mediums often give that go unclaimed? Often they’re meant for someone that was in that medium’s energy network and left that colour impression, but were no longer there. This is why I also mention the importance of removing the ego from the equation.
You know how deflated your mediums become when the messages are not accepted. That creates a negative discharge that spoils the energy network for some time. If a medium could learn to just be a pure channel and not bring their own ego energy into it, their work would remain more consistent for longer and would go a long way into helping the power stat strong for longer.
You’ve worded this well this session my firend. We have so much to share with you and are very happy that you keep returning to the pen. Ask your readers if they would like to offer a question to us. Don’t worry, we’ll work out the appropriate answers based on your linear time scale.
Finally, I’d like to address a question you wrote about earlier this evening in one of your summaries, referring to foreign languages. The answer is simple. We communicate in the language most suitable to you at the time you are connecting. There would be no point talking to you in Greek while you’re in this light state of awareness. But when you learn to let go more and we can influence the pen more, then we could use any language that was appropriate. So I’m giving you good reason to keep learning and get deeper over time.

📌 MY SUMMARY
I’ve come to realise that the spirit team often talk to us using our own vocabulary including using phrases that we might use ourselves. This is evident in these notes, especially in referring to the ‘energy network’. It makes complete sense to me because it is described using my personal bank of words that the spirit team have used.
From a personal position, I’m not constantly trying to prove the words are coming from the spirit world any longer. I realised a while back that holding those thoughts at the forefront of my mind each time I sit would limit the flow. I would be spending energy analysing every word and sentence, which would in effect be controlling the flow. Instead, I write with less concern as to where the inspiration is coming from - my inner spirit or the spirit world.
I can’t help but wonder who the recipient of the ‘Maragaret’ message is! But it really isn’t that important. It could be that someone reads these notes many years in the future and it resonates with them then. As the spirit reminded me, the message is not about me or my abilities.
